Total Lawn Care Program
Our most popular program combines our LawnCraft fertilizer program with additional weed control and an aerating and overseeding service providing total lawn care for the season.
- Traditional LawnCraft 6 Step Fertilizer Program; fertilizer, weed control, 2 additional weed control applications (liquid/spray) throughout the season, grub control and lime.
- Aerating and Overseeding service in the fall (September/October ) allowing for seeds, water, nutrients and air to penetrate at and below the soil surface, thickening and protecting your lawn naturally from weeds.

Total lawn care plus program provides you and your family a healthy, beautiful lawn and mosquito and tick control all season long.
Traditional

- Mosquito & Tick Control Program; beginning in May we spray your yard perimeter and lawn surfaces every 3 weeks through October. Approximately 7 applications seasonally.
We only offer an organic mosquito & tick control program. Keeps Children and pet safe.
Organic
- LawnCraft 6 Step Organic Fertilizer Program; organic fertilizer and lime.
- Loam and Top Seed bare and/or thinning spots (maximum 1cu/yd of loam… that’s about 100sq/ft at a depth of 3”) in spring.
- Aerating and Overseeding service in the fall (September/October) allowing for seeds, water, nutrients and air to penetrate at and below the soil surface, thickening and protecting your lawn naturally from weeds.
- Mosquito & Tick Control Program; beginning in May we spray your yard perimeter and lawn surfaces every 3 weeks through October. Approximately 7 applications seasonally.

Traditional Fertilizer Programs
We apply a slow-release granular fertilizer with weed control steps 1 & 2, fertilizer and a grub control step 3, straight fertilizer steps 4 & 5 and finish the season with an application of lime (to balance your soils pH level) step 6.
Nitrogen, Potassium, Phosphate
Organic Fertilizer Programs
We apply granular organic fertilizer steps 1-5 and finish the season with an application of lime (to balance your soils pH level) step 6.
Compost, Biochar, Humic Acid
- organic fertilizer programs do not have weed control or grub control included. Being an organic program we discuss with clients weed control/grub control measures based on your actual lawn conditions.
Mosquito & Tick Control Program is always ORGANIC. Children and Pet safe.
Every three weeks beginning in May and through October, we apply/spray your perimeter and lawn surfaces. There are 7 applications seasonally. Sign up anytime throughout the season or call us for just a one time quote for a party, wedding or outdoor activity you’d like to have mosquito and tick free.
